Install Core Plugins
In WP Admin → Plugins → Add New, install: Academy LMS, WPML, BuddyPress, bbPress, H5P, LearnDash GradeBook, Zoom Integration.
Configure Academy LMS
Go to Academy → Settings. Enable REST API, set user roles (Student, Instructor, Admin), connect your payment gateway via WooCommerce, and enable the Certificate Builder.
Enable Multilingual (WPML)
Go to WPML → Languages. Add all 47 target languages. Under WPML → Translation Management, enable automatic translation via DeepL or Google Translate API keys.
Set Up Student Profiles
Activate BuddyPress. In BuddyPress → Components, enable Extended Profiles, Activity Streams, and Groups. Map Academy LMS student data to BuddyPress profile fields.
Add H5P Interactive Content
In Academy → Lesson Builder, add H5P blocks. Use shortcode [h5p id="X"] inside any lesson. Create quizzes, timelines, drag-and-drop, and video annotations.
Connect Zoom Live Classes
Install Academy LMS Zoom Integration addon. Enter Zoom API credentials under Academy → Zoom Settings. Add a live lesson type to any course — students join directly from the LMS dashboard.
Embed AI Tutor
Use the Academy AI Addon or connect OpenAI API under Academy → AI Settings. Place [academy_ai_chat course_id="X"] inside any course page for a context-aware AI tutor.
